How to find the N_port and D_port?

When i try to flash my modem it shows an error

Writting 02.bin (0x0000B1CC) FAIL(Ack 0x0A)

And plz give me detailed instruction to flash the
modem

First of all Congratulations to your great Work.
I´ve got a Huawei B310 Back to Life but only with Zain 936 Firmware. It is not possible to Flash another File, i always get the Message: Incompatible Firmware but the Firmware is the General Version for B310s-22. I tried many other Verisons but no one works for Flashing and with the Zain Firmware i have no Access for LAN only USB.
Where can I find Flashing Files which works with your Flasher???
